§ 58-33-74 — Gifts for advertising or promotional programs.

South Dakota·Title 58 INSURANCE·Ch. 58-32 UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICES
Nothing in this chapter prohibits a licensed insurer or its officers or employees or an insurance producer from giving to insureds, prospective insureds, or others for advertising purposes or promotional programs, any article of merchandise having an invoice value of not more than one hundred dollars.
