§ 58-33-4 — Use of misleading name as misdemeanor.

South Dakota·Title 58 INSURANCE·Ch. 58-32 UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICES
No person who is not an insurer shall assume or use any name which deceptively infers or suggests that he is an insurer. Violation of this section is a Class 2 misdemeanor.
