§ 58-33-34 — Directorship in two or more insurers permitted.

South Dakota·Title 58 INSURANCE·Ch. 58-32 UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICES
Any person otherwise qualified may be director of two or more insurers which are competitors, unless the effect thereof is to lessen substantially competition between insurers generally or tends materially to create a monopoly.
