South Dakota·Title 58 INSURANCE·Ch. 58-32 UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICES
Nothing in §§ 58-33-24 to 58-33-26 , inclusive, prohibits the payment of commissions or other compensation to duly licensed insurance producers, or prohibits any insurer from allowing or returning to its participating policyholders, members or subscribers, lawful dividends, savings, or unabsorbed premium deposits.
