§ 58-33-133 — Employer insurance assistance program offerings to be in writing--Certain monetary payments prohibited.

South Dakota·Title 58 INSURANCE·Ch. 58-32 UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICES
No employer insurance assistance program may be offered by an agent unless the program is specified in writing to the employer. The employer assistance program may not consist of any monetary payments made to the employer or made on behalf of the employer for the purchase of insurance or any other goods or services.
