Text

The director may deny an appointment or withhold processing an appointment for reasons of protection of the public health, welfare, or safety including the following:

(1)The insurance producer to be appointed is not properly licensed; or (2) A notice of hearing from the Division of Insurance seeking revocation or suspension of the insurance producer or insurer has been issued.
