§ 58-27-96 — Conflicting provisions.
If any provision of this Title conflicts with the provisions of §§ 58-27-89 to 58-27-102 , inclusive, and has a lesser standard of investment, the provisions of §§ 58-27-89 to 58-27-102 , inclusive, shall prevail.
