Text
A license fee of thirty dollars shall be submitted to the director with each application for license as bail bondsperson. The applicant shall also furnish with the application, a complete set of the applicant's fingerprints and a recent credential - size full face photograph of the applicant. The applicant's fingerprints shall be certified by an authorized law enforcement officer.
