§ 58-17H-39 — Registration fee for utilization review organizations.
The director may require the payment of a fee in conjunction with the initial or annual registration of a utilization review organization not to exceed two hundred fifty dollars per registration. The fee shall be established by rules promulgated pursuant to chapter 1-26 . Commission Note:
