§ 58-17F-9 — Factors to consider in determining network adequacy.
In determining whether a health carrier has complied with any network adequacy provision of this chapter, the director shall give due consideration to the relative availability of healthcare providers in the service area and to the willingness of providers to join a network. Commission Note:
