§ 58-17B-8 — Adoption of rules to establish loss ratio standards.
The director may adopt rules, pursuant to chapter 1-26 , establishing loss ratio standards for long - term care insurance policies provided that a specific reference to long - term insurance policies is contained in the regulation.
