§ 58-17-60 — Certain payments exempt.
Payments made pursuant to federal medicare laws or payments made to the health - care provider according to a contract or agreement between an employer and employee which requires a third - party payor to pay the full amount for health - care services are exempt from §§ 58-17-57 to , inclusive.
