§ 58-16-1 — Forms of group life insurance permitted.
No policy of group life insurance shall be delivered in this state unless it conforms to one of the descriptions in §§ 58-16-2 , 58-16-7 , 58-16-12 , 58-16-23 , and 58-16-30 .
