§ 58-11-76 — Construction with other time periods.
If a rate filing or marketing material is required to be filed or approved for a specific policy form, the time frames for review, approval or disapproval, resubmission, and re-review of those rates or materials shall be the same as those provided in §§ 58-11-64 to , inclusive, for the review of policy forms.
