§ 51A-2-5 — Deputy director--Appointment--Powers and duties.

South Dakota·Title 51A BANKS AND BANKING·Ch. 51A-2 DIVISION OF BANKING
The secretary of labor and regulation may appoint a deputy director who shall devote all of his time to the duties of the office. During the absence or disqualification of the director or during a vacancy in such office, the deputy, as acting director, shall perform the duties of the director.
