Text

Copies of all official records and papers in the office of the Division of Banking, certified by the director and authenticated by the official seal, shall be received in evidence in all courts of this state with like force as the originals thereof. Whenever any certified copy of any record or paper filed in the office of the division is furnished by it, it shall charge and collect a fee of not more than fifty cents per page. The amount of the fee shall be set to reflect actual costs. All such fees shall be paid into the state treasury to the credit of the banking special revenue fund.
