Text
The division shall be under the administrative control and supervision of the director. If the office of director is vacated a successor shall be appointed to fill the unexpired term then remaining. The director shall have such professional and business experience that, in the opinion of the secretary of labor and regulation, equip him to discharge the duties and fulfill the responsibilities of the office of director.
