Text
If a tract is offered for lease and no satisfactory bid is received, the legal subdivisions of the tract may be separately offered; or such tract may be offered in connection with other tracts of agricultural or grazing lands within the county which have been offered and for which no acceptable bid has been received. The auction shall continue from day to day until all tracts of lands advertised for lease have been offered. The commissioner may, for good cause, adjourn the auction for a period of not more than three days.
