Text
The commissioner of school and public lands shall classify all common school and endowment lands into three classes, as follows: Class 1: To include all lands which are most valuable for agricultural purposes; Class 2: To include all lands which are most valuable for meadow and pasturage purposes; Class 3: To include all lands which are most valuable for timber, coal, or other purposes.
