Text
Within thirty days following receipt of an application for a permit, the commission shall:
(1)Schedule a public input meeting;
(2)Notify the applicant of the public input meeting; and (3) Serve notice of the application and public input meeting upon the governing bodies of the counties and municipalities totally or partially within the area of the proposed facility.
