§ 49-36-19 — Authorization to bargain collectively with employees--Rights of employees to organize.
South Dakota·Title 49 PUBLIC UTILITIES AND CARRIERS·Ch. 49-36 CONSUMERS POWER DISTRICT DIRECTORS, OFFICERS AND AGENTS
The board of directors of a consumers power district and the general manager, subject to the control of the board of directors, are hereby authorized to bargain collectively with employees of the district and their representatives with respect to wages, hours, and all other terms and conditions of their employment, and to enter into collective agreements with respect thereto with such employees and their representatives. The employees of the district shall, without limitation, have all the rights and protections provided by law for the aid and benefit of the employees of private corporations or firms, or individuals, including, without limitations, the right to self - organization, to form, join, or assist labor organizations, to bargain collectively through representatives of their own ch
