Text
A portion or all of the renewable energy and recycled energy objective may be met by the purchase and retirement of renewable energy and recycled energy certificates representing credits from a qualified source and facility pursuant to §§ 49-34A-101 to , inclusive. Renewable energy and recycled energy certificates do not need to be acquired from an in-state facility.
