Text
Access charges for switching and transporting telecommunications services between facilities shall be published in the tariff filed by the telecommunications company providing the access. Notwithstanding any exemption granted under § 49-31-5.1 , any telecommunications company providing telecommunications access services which are classified as emerging or noncompetitive shall file its access tariffs with the commission for approval pursuant to § 49-31-12.4 or 49-31-12.5 , as applicable.
