South Dakota·Title 49 PUBLIC UTILITIES AND CARRIERS·Ch. 49-1A PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION GROSS RECEIPTS TAX FUND
The tax levied by this chapter is due and payable to the state treasurer on July fifteenth of each year.
