§ 49-16B-2 — Definitions of terms.
Terms used in this chapter mean:
(1)"Authority," the South Dakota Railroad Authority;
(2)"Railroad facilities," or "facilities," all property either real, personal, or mixed used or useful in the conduct of railroad services.
