South Dakota Statutes
§ 49-16A-11 — Venue of criminal prosecution.
Trial of a criminal action under §§ 49-16A-9 and 49-16A-10 shall be in the circuit court for the county in which any part of the violation was committed or through which the transportation was conducted.
