§ 48-7A-907 — Statement of merger.
(a)After a merger, the surviving partnership or limited partnership may file in the Office of the Secretary of State a statement that one or more partnerships or limited partnerships have merged into the surviving entity.
(b)A statement of merger must contain:
(1)The name of each partnership or limited partnership that is a party to the merger;
(2)The name of the surviving entity into which the other partnerships or limited partnership were merged;
(3)The street address of the surviving entity's chief executive office and of an office in this state, if any; and (4) Whether the surviving entity is a partnership or a limited partnership.
