§ 48-7A-1004 — Eligibility to practice in limited liability partnership.
Any person registered, certified, or licensed pursuant to chapter 16-16 , 36-4 , 36-4A , 36-5 , 36-6A , 36-7 , 36-8 , 36-9 , 36-9A , 36-10 , 36-12 , or 36-20B may practice in a limited liability partnership.
