§ 47-33-9 — Information statement by control share acquisitioner--Controls.

South Dakota·Title 47 CORPORATIONS·Ch. 47-33 SOUTH DAKOTA DOMESTIC PUBLIC CORPORATION TAKEOVER ACT

Any person who proposes to make or has made a control share acquisition may at the person's election deliver an information statement to the domestic public corporation at the domestic public corporation's principal office. The information statement shall set forth all of the following:

(1)The identity of the acquiring person, including the identity of each member of any limited liability company, partnership, limited partnership, syndicate, or other group constituting the acquiring person, and the identity of each affiliate and associate of the acquiring person, including the identity of each affiliate and associate of each member of such partnership, syndicate, or other group. However, with respect to a limited partnership, the information need only be given with respect to a partner
