One or more podiatrists may form professional corporations for the practice of podiatry under the South Dakota Business Corporation Act, as amended, providing that such corporations are organized and operated in accordance with the provisions of this chapter. Podiatrists may form professional limited liability companies for the practice of podiatry under the South Dakota Limited Liability Company Act, as amended, providing that such limited liability companies are organized and operated in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
