One or more chiropractors may form professional service corporations for the practice of chiropractic under the South Dakota Business Corporation Act, as amended, providing that such corporations are organized and operated in accordance with the provisions of this chapter. The articles of incorporation of such corporations shall contain provisions complying with the requirements of §§ to 47-11A-12, inclusive. Chiropractors may form professional limited liability companies under the South Dakota Limited Liability Company Act, as amended, providing that such limited liability companies are organized and operated in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
