§ 46A-4-17 — Persons qualified to vote at elections.
South Dakota·Title 46A WATER MANAGEMENT·Ch. 46A-3 ORGANIZATION, BOUNDARIES AND DISSOLUTION OF IRRIGATION DISTRICTS
No person may vote at any election held under the provisions of this chapter unless the person is a qualified elector as provided in § 46A-4-2 .
