Text

Upon presentation of a petition to the Board of Water and Natural Resources, proposing that a water development district be dissolved, the board must determine whether the petition is in compliance with all legal requirements. If the board determines that the petition is in compliance, the board must, by resolution, approve the petition and refer the question to the voters of the water development district at the next general election.
