Text

A water development district having a population of twenty-five thousand or fewer must have five directors. A district having a population greater than twenty-five thousand but not greater than seventy-five thousand must have seven directors. A district having a population greater than seventy-five thousand must have nine directors. Each director must be an eligible voter and reside in the director area represented. The Board of Water and Natural Resources shall divide the district into director areas. A director must be elected from each director area.
