Text

The East Dakota Water Development District is established. The district is comprised of:

(1)Brookings, Codington, Deuel, Grant, Hamlin, Minnehaha, and Moody counties;
(2)All of Lake County, with the exception of Clarno, Concord, Orland, Wayne, and Winfred townships;
(3)Badger township in Kingsbury County; and (4) All municipalities that:
(a)Are wholly or partially situated within the counties or townships described in this section; or (b) Are contiguous to the counties or townships described in this section.
