§ 45-6D-6 — Application for permit for exploration operations--Items comprising application.
Any person desiring to conduct a uranium exploration operation shall, prior to entry on the land, file with the Board of Minerals and Environment an application and receive a permit to conduct a uranium exploration operation on a form approved by the board. Each uranium exploration operation application shall be limited to sixteen contiguous townships. An application for a permit shall include the following:
(1)An application form pursuant to § 45-6D-7 ;
(2)A plan of reclamation pursuant to § 45-6D-9 ;
(3)A map pursuant to § 45-6D-10 ; and (4) A fee pursuant to § 45-6D-18 . Any person conducting uranium exploration activities that are not included within the scope of a uranium exploration operation is not required to file an application or receive an exploration operation pe
