§ 45-6B-55 — Small-scale operation--Fee--Surety.

South Dakota·Title 45 MINING, OIL AND GAS·Ch. 45-6A MINED LAND RECLAMATION

The application must be accompanied by:

(1)A nonrefundable fee of one hundred dollars; and (2) A surety, in an amount determined sufficient by the board to cover the cost of reclamation, but not exceeding thirty-eight thousand five hundred dollars.
