Text

A licensee may not accept a bet on any of the following events or contingencies:

(1)A high school sporting event;
(2)A minor league sporting event;
(3)The performance or nonperformance of any individual athlete participating in a single game or match of a collegiate sporting event; or (4) Any individual game in a collegiate sporting event in which any team or athlete from a university or college in South Dakota is competing.
