A licensee shall promptly report to the commission any criminal or disciplinary proceeding commenced against the licensee or any of its employees, where applicable, relating to sports wagering. The commission may report any information received pursuant to this section to a sports team or sport's governing body if sharing the information will not interfere with an ongoing criminal investigation.
