Text

A person who opens an account for advance deposit sports wagering with an operator or route operator shall establish the account in person at the operator's or route operator's licensed gaming establishment within the city of Deadwood using an application approved by the commission. The operator or route operator shall retain the application that is used to open an account for advance deposit sports wagering, including any documents that are submitted with or reviewed with the application. The application and documents shall be considered records of the operator or route operator for purposes of this chapter.
