Text

If the name and description of any person is placed on the exclusion list, the commission shall serve notice of that action upon the person by at least one of the following means:

(1)By personal service;
(2)By certified or registered mail to the last known address of the person; or (3) By publication in an official newspaper in Lawrence County, South Dakota. A person place upon the exclusion list may contest that action by filing a written protest with the commission and the protest shall be heard by the commission as a contested case pursuant to chapter 1-26 .
