South Dakota Statutes
§ 41-6-20 — Nonresident big game license--Privileges--Violation as misdemeanor.
It is a Class 1 misdemeanor for a nonresident to hunt, take, or kill big game animals, except wild turkey, without a nonresident big game license or in violation of the conditions of the license or the rules of the Game, Fish and Parks Commission. A nonresident big game license shall entitle the licensee to all the privileges of a resident big game license.
