The Department of Game, Fish and Parks may dispose of surplus lands within the George S. Mickelson Trail by giving them to the respective landowners adjoining the trail as set out in §§ to 41-2-46 , inclusive. The lands described may be disposed of only to those landowners whose lands border or surround the trail, and each landowner may receive only such land as lies within the lot, description, or subdivision owned by the landowner.
