Text

It is a Class 1 misdemeanor for any person to remove any animal which has been placed in quarantine, pursuant to the provisions of §§ 40-5-8 to 40-5-12 , inclusive, from the place of quarantine or to place another animal therein, without the written consent of the Animal Industry Board, until such quarantine has been released by the board. Any second or subsequent violation of this section is a Class 6 felony.
