Text
In Title 40, the terms "livestock," "domestic animals," and "nondomestic animal" include poultry, unless a different intention is clearly implied. The term "poultry" includes chickens, turkeys, ducks, geese, and any other game bird raised in captivity, excluding pigeons and doves.
