§ 38-8-7 — Referendum on creation of district--Form of ballot--Right to vote.

South Dakota·Title 38 AGRICULTURE AND HORTICULTURE·Ch. 38-7A CONSERVATION DISTRICTS
To assist the State Conservation Commission in the determination of the administrative practicability and feasibility of a conservation district, the commission shall hold a referendum within the proposed district upon the proposition of the creation of the district, and shall cause due notice of the referendum to be given. The question shall be submitted by ballot upon which the words "For creation of a conservation district of the lands below described and lying in the counties of __________ and __________" and "Against creation of a conservation district of the lands below described and lying in the counties of __________ and __________" shall be inserted, with a square before each proposition and a direction to insert a cross or check mark in the square before one or the other of said
