The secretary shall charge an annual registration fee of sixty-nine dollars for each service agency and ten dollars for each registered service agent to cover administrative costs. The fee shall be paid when the registration or renewal application is made. It is the intent of the Legislature that one-half of the inspection program funding may be derived from the general fund and the other half from the fees collected pursuant to this section and §§ 34-39-3 , 37-21-9.1 , 37-21A-7 , and 37-22-10 , through the General Appropriations Act.
