Text
The secretary is the ex officio inspector and sealer of weights and measures and shall enforce the provisions of chapters 37-20 and 37-21 . A deputy, assistant, or inspector appointed by the secretary has the same powers and duties provided to the secretary when acting in performance of duties assigned by the secretary under the provisions of this chapter.
