South Dakota·Title 37 TRADE REGULATION·Ch. 37-1 RESTRAINT OF TRADE, MONOPOLIES AND DISCRIMINATORY TRADE PRACTICES
The powers granted in §§ 37-1-23 to , inclusive, are in addition to and not in derogation of the common law powers of the attorney general to act in parens patriae.
