Text

An applicant for licensure as a certified nurse practitioner or certified nurse midwife shall file with the board an application, verified by oath, on a form prescribed by the board and accompanied by the required fee. If the board finds that the applicant has satisfied all requirements, the board shall issue to the applicant a license to practice as a certified nurse practitioner or certified nurse midwife in a population focus consistent with education.
